The controller for the processing of personal data on these pages, within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is:

You can read these pages without telling us anything about yourself. We do not require registration, and without your consent nothing is stored on your device that would make you recognisable.

We process personal data only where that is necessary to operate the website, or where you write to us of your own accord. Below you will find, for each case, what data that is, what we use it for, on what legal basis and how long we keep it.

On every visit your browser transmits technical information which our web server records in a log file: your IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, whether the request succeeded, and details of your browser and operating system. Without this processing the pages could not be delivered.

The purpose is the delivery of the pages, the stability of operation and the defence against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website under Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. This data is not combined with other sources and is not evaluated in relation to individuals.

These pages are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. The servers are located in Germany.

Without your consent we set no cookies. These pages do not need any in order to work. A cookie is added only if you expressly consent to the audience measurement; see section 5.

Independently of that, we store your decision about the measurement in your browser’s local storage, so that we do not have to ask again on every visit. That entry never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us. It consists of a single word recording whether you consented or objected. The legal basis for storing the decision itself is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR; without it we could not honour your objection. You can delete the entry at any time through your browser settings.

If you write to us through the form or by e-mail, we process the details you provide: name, company, e-mail address, telephone number, the subject chosen and your message. Only name, e-mail address and message are required; everything else is optional.

The purpose is to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the matter concerns steps prior to entering into a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is not passed on to third parties.

Your enquiry is delivered as an e-mail to our mailbox and additionally stored on the web server in a file protected against outside access. That second copy is the fallback in case a message is caught by a spam filter; it is deleted automatically after twelve months. The e-mail itself is kept for as long as the matter requires and deleted afterwards, unless commercial or tax law requires otherwise.

In order to fend off automated advertising, we count how many enquiries arrive from the same connection in quick succession. Your IP address is not stored for this; only a value derived from it, which cannot be reversed and which is deleted after two hours. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

We would like to know which of our pages are read, in order to improve them. For that we use Matomo, an audience measurement application. Matomo runs on a server we operate ourselves. No data is passed to third parties and no data is transferred to countries outside the European Union.

Without your consent we count anonymously. No cookie is set and nothing is stored on or read from your device. Your IP address is shortened before it is processed, so that it can no longer be attributed to you. You are not recognised across visits. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in designing our website to suit its readers, under Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

With your consent a cookie is added that recognises returning visits. Only then can we tell whether someone is here for the first time or coming back. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with section 25 (1) TDDDG. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; the lawfulness of the processing carried out until then is unaffected.

In both cases we record the pages visited, the time of the visit, the page visited before, the links clicked and technical details of your device such as screen size, browser and operating system. We keep this data for as long as we need it for comparison over time, and delete it once that purpose no longer applies.

You can object to the measurement entirely at any time. Matomo is then not loaded at all and nothing is recorded. Your decision is stored only in your browser and is not transmitted to us. You can change it here and through the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page:

In a few places we link to services of third parties, for example to videos on YouTube, to trade articles or to our page on Facebook. These are ordinary links, not embedded content: as long as you do not click such a link, nothing is transmitted to the provider concerned. We embed no video players, no map services, no social network buttons and no fonts from third parties. All fonts and images are delivered from our own server.

Once you follow a link, the privacy policy of the provider in question applies. We have no influence over their processing.

You have the following rights in relation to us:

• Access to whether and which data we process about you (Article 15 GDPR)
• Rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR)
• Erasure, unless a statutory retention obligation applies (Article 17 GDPR)
• Restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)
• Data portability in a common format (Article 20 GDPR)
• Objection to processing based on a legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR)
• Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Article 7 (3) GDPR)

Independently of that you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.

These pages are delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We point out nonetheless that data transmission over the internet can have security gaps and that complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.

We update this policy whenever something changes on our website that matters for your data. The version published here is the one that applies.
