Robot vision with MTE Vision

MTE Vision is a flexible building-block system for demanding machine vision tasks in production. By combining 1D, 2D or complex 3D systems with a robot and intelligent vision software, we can offer our customers a modular system that handles a wide range of inspection tasks during manufacturing.

In MTE Vision we use robots from Universal Robots. Their straightforward programming interface lets us tailor solutions closely to the task. The robots can also be equipped with a complete Math & Tech vision system, which then enables a classic bin-picking solution, for example.

An MTE Vision system is not only good hardware: strong algorithms and strong vision software are what make it robust and accurate. Learning methods additionally allow new parts to be trained in easily and without specialist knowledge.
